I was told it was lovely. My only issue is that I selected a card. I took the time to write out a message only for the bouquet to be delivered without it. The recipient did not know who sent the bouquet. They had to call the florist and ask. I called 2xs to ensure that the bouquet was delivered before the close of business. The lady on the phone was very helpful. ---- Florist's Response: we’re really glad to hear the bouquet was lovely!. We sincerely apologize that the card message was not included as intended. We completely understand how important that personal touch is, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience it caused. This is not the experience we aim to provide, and we’ll be reviewing this internally to make sure it doesn’t happen again. If you ever decide to order from us again, we will love to make up for it.
